These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ToBeAMan website and its content. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over. Some journeys discuss relationships, sexuality and mental health in a factual, educational context. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use the site with the awareness of a parent, guardian or trusted adult.

When using ToBeAMan, you agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening or deliberately harmful content.
• Submit content that identifies or targets another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its data.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content at scale without permission.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the service.

You are responsible for anything you submit through anonymous questions or journey feedback. Do not include personally identifiable information about yourself or anyone else.

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review it and to use its general themes to create or improve educational material. We may moderate, edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

Certain areas of the site require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The journeys, written content, design system, brand and code that make up ToBeAMan are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

The site links to external organisations, support lines and research. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links are not an endorsement.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features and content at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Where reasonable, we will avoid breaking existing links to published journeys.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToBeAMan and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

We may restrict or end your access to the service if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.
